And literally had to coach me the whole way home “you can do it mom, I know you can!” We live on a hilly dirt road, and I had hung out with Shaun T earlier today so my body had already hit its limit. I was literally dying on this leisurely bike ride🤤
35 minute easy run today to kick of this training cycle! Got in about 3.2 miles plus some stride work at the end. I'm changing my plan up this go-around, using effort-based running rather than weekly/daily base mileage. Excited to see how my body responds, and the ways I'm able to push myself! Listening to your body is SUCH an important part of training. Stoked for this training cycle!!!

So a new aim as a part of my Warrior 90 day challenge is to do 15/20 min of HIIT of body weight exercises before doing my weight lifting. I want to do this because I am trying to improve my cardio vascular fitness as well as becoming leaner. I will finish then with doing HIIT sprints on the treadmill if my legs can bare it that is.
