It’s interesting to me that people think what I do is a scam, but you don’t even think twice about your hair dresser or realtor. All 3 of us work on commission. Which means we get paid for how hard we work. If the hair dresser doesn’t get bodies in the chair and doesn’t make a lot, is it a scam? If the realtor doesn’t work on their people skills and knowledge of homes and doesn’t sell many, is it a scam? No, we don’t think those professions are scams. We understand that it’s just how the professions work. And if you wanna make more shmoney 🤑, well then get your ass out there and get more bodies in your chair and homes sold! That’s the same for what I do! You get paid for your effort. And some folks wanna put in little effort, but want big commissions. And when that doesn’t happen, they cry scam. lol And if you’re still like, “BUT BUT pyramid scheme!” Literally EVERY institution and business is in that shape. There’s always the CEO or President, then the VP of whatever, then managers, you get it.

The real scam is that CEOs of Corp biz’s make $1,000s/hr but pay you $9. Imagine if they paid you commission for every hour for example! If they paid you 10% commission per hour, you’d make $100 an hr if the company made $1,000/hr. But nope they fooled us into thinking hourly pay is better than commission so we accept that $9. And if you miss a day to take care of your sick kid, you have to be worried about losing your job. THAT is the scam. #getwoke

It’s intimidating to get paid based on effort. I get it!! It’s hard to believe in ourselves!! But that belief can be worked on and you can develop the skill set needed to be disciplined enough to create crazy residual income doing what I do!! Discipline is not restraining, it’s FREEDOM. Outside watching my kitties play and getting some sun today as I have a horrible cough and sore throat ugh. I'm hoping it's just allergies 😷🤧 still having a good hair day! Seriously though, you need to go find @unclefunkysdaughter I'm loving that stuff. (Pictures don't do these curls justice.) I'd like to say thanks to @deescurlyjourney for letting me know how important weekly deep conditioning is. This is week 2. Can't wait to see how it improves every week. Did you ladies do regular trims at first? I didn't straighten my hair so I don't have extra heat damage but I am working on getting healthy moisture in it. Will a trim help? I cut it last in December.
One of the worst things you could ever do for yourself is settle for something you kind of, sort of want. Our instinct tells us when something isn’t right, when that person isn’t good enough for you, or when you’re doing something that you frankly shouldn’t be doing. Pay attention to that instinct, and recognize that you deserve everything you could ever want if you put in the effort + consistency. Dust settles; you shouldn’t.
I have posted this previously but it’s still my best transformation to date. I can’t wait to make the last pic look like garbage. .

It's growing season again! That means that I have to workout while working outside since I do not have as much time to lift like I did in the winter. However, there are no excuses! 20 inch arms here I come. Why the heck do I want 20 inch arms? The point of having fitness goals for me is to keep me focused and out of trouble; plain and simple. Too many people training arms everyday , especially young males . 1. Big arms come from compound exercises eg. bench press for chest (triceps being an assisting muscle in the exercise) and eg single arm bent over row for back (biceps being an assisting muscle in the excercise) .
2. Of course you can isolate your biceps and triceps too focusing on arm growth but no need to be doing 5+ exercises when you’re training your biceps bro and doing curls for the girls everyday like many people do . Remember that triceps make up most of the arm so if you want juicy arms don’t forget those bad boys 🤙🏻
I just got pictures back from the photographer so be prepared for a ton of posts lol. I’m soooo thrilled with the pics we got from Molly! I was really set on wanting pictures that showed the body I’ve built without sexualizing it. While I love body building, I kind of hate how the fitness industry objectifies women so severely. Every muscle I have serves a purpose, and that purpose is not to look pretty for other people. I believe all women should look however they want to without consideration for what other people will think about it...we’re not here for other people’s viewing pleasure.
