Operation honeymoon in full effect. I bought this a few years ago with honestly no intent of ever being able to wear it. Because of @healthymama_marisol i know that i can wear this one day if i stay focused. It might not be at my honeymoon but one day. I don’t know how it happened how everything clicked the morning i chose to go to bootcamp but it has. It’s not super local to me, so i signed up with a trainer for days i can make it to the camp. I see a light and it’s brighter then ever before. I’m officially below 200 with no intent of going back. Here’s to staying motivated, staying focused, and to my happiest year yet! it's funny but no matter how many times you tell people now matter how many times you hear it it never gets less true!
The reason I can do s 25 min a day program and do it only 5 days a week is because I don't eat crap.
The odd treat, yes because whats life without pizza and ice cream.
BUT 80 percent of the time (do the actual math on that folks not what your interpretation of it is) when I have a weight loss or inches loss goal I eat pretty immaculate.
I don't ever say I can't have that, i just say I don't need to right now.
Yup I turned down ice cream Tuesday night because it has been prerecorded that Friday os ice cream night.
Yup I could eat a 12 inch sub (if be stuffed but I could do it) but I got the 6 inch instead and loaded with veggies... I could go for fast food tonight or tomorrow bc end of the week hits hard BUT Im not gonna.
Because I'm not gonna feel great is my summer clothes if I cheat all the time and summer clothes are the best clothes. .
Because I can't run any great distance if Im out of shape, because even if my stamina is up...extra weight is just that much more pressure on my joints and can lead to injury .
So decide... do you need that junk Right now....or can you drink water, go for walk or read. Probably you'll find it can wait until a later time.
If you don't have goals thats cool, you do you , BUT if you do..find a support system (I may know of one) and not to judge you or shame you... but to hold you accountable to what you said YOU wanted ❤
Just start. Keep it simple. Don’t let yourself get overwhelmed with everything you need to change but be consistent with the changes you’ve made. It’s not if your see changes, it’s about when and it’ll be sooner then you think! 💕 #yourjourney#setyourgoals#crushthem

I feel like I’ve been asked that a lot the last few months. The problem is I never really knew what the answer was. Here’s what I’ve learned about myself: 💁🏻♀️ I want more for myself and my family
💁🏻♀️ I want to maximize my time with my family (yes, fur balls and feather butts included)
💁🏻♀️ I want to make my own hours
💁🏻♀️ I want to work from home (or ANYWHERE for that matter!) 💁🏻♀️ I have a calling to do more with my life than work a 9-5
💁🏻♀️ I am passionate about helping others, whether it’s people, animals, or nature
💁🏻♀️ I want *freedom*

Now, I dunno about you - but I think having the time and financial freedom to spend the most time with my family, make my own schedule, and still live in abundance through God’s glory sounds pretty fricken amazing. My family, helping others, and having freedom are MY why. So what’s yours? What sparks your soul on fire? What are you called to do? And most importantly, what are you DOING to get there if you’re NOT there?? I read an awesome quote the other day by Mark Twain, “the two most important days of your life is the day you were born and the day you find out WHY.” If you want change, you have to make changes. Hinter diesem Outfit stehen ganz viele Gedanken. Für mich war es bis jetzt unvorstellbar sowas enganliegendes zu tragen aber endlich nach fast 3 Jahren bin ich mehr oder weniger zufrieden mit meiner Figur und was nun nicht die Ernährung wegmacht wird es der Sport tun.(Mein nächstes Ziel💪🏼) Ein paar pölsterchen hats und mein Bauch wird nach dieser SS nie mehr der selbe sein aber hej ich kann mich stolz schätzen so weit gekommen zu sein.
Viele haben gesagt das es ca. genau so lange dauert die Schwangerschaftspfunde los zu werden wie eine Schwangerschaft selbst nun ich habe mir da ich Zwillinge habe halt 2 mal so lang Zeit genommen aber als danach fragen kamen ob ich nun wieder schwanger sei, war der Kampf endgültig angesagt. Wie? Gesündere Ernährung plus hab ich Pasta und Weissbrot sogut es geht aus meinem Essensplan gestrichen. Ausgewogenes Frühstück und so wenig Zucker wie möglich haben dies für mich möglich gemacht. Klar gibt es Tage an denen ist alles Erlaubt aber den Rest der Zeit eifach den inneren Schweinehund besiegen. Es ist so man kriegt nichts geschenkt und für vieles muss man hart Arbeiten. “What’s her deal with all this exercise.” Here’s the thing.
My day consists of wiping butts and noses, endless loads of laundry, cleaning ALL the time, hearing on repeat Mom mommy mama mooom MOOOOM or in Ryan’s case... AAAAAHHHHHHH (because all he does is scream because he doesn’t say many words yet)...From their wake up to bed time I’m in a full on sprint. (Raise your hang if ya feel me ✋) So “my deal” is I need an outlet and even more... I’M COMPETITIVE BY NATURE.
It’s part of who I am.
It’s part of what makes me, Me.
I like to challenge myself and my life right now, as challenging as it is, does not fill that competitive cup so to speak. At All. 😩 (You know, besides racing other SUV moms, mid-day, off a stop light line 🤣) So I find that MUCH NEEDED outlet through exercise. 🎉 Through challenging myself to complete a program!

If you are competitive by nature and aren’t doing anything in your daily life to “fill that cup”, GET AFTER IT! It will bring back a side of you that you have truly missed! (Heeeey former teammates or players... ya feel me??) I ROCKED this last program.
