Grato pela presença de todos!!
Junte sua turma do trabalho da academia, seus amigos e #boraremar conhecer um #esporte diferente que depende da união e coletividade...
We agree with this 100%. Here's are few examples of success that we have seen in the box where credits to hard work are due:
1. @choonksim got his first 100 kg backsquat in 2.5 years.
2. @vitapita1 got her first ring muscle-up in 4 years.
3. @fox19_87 finally can chain more than 5 double unders in 6 months working on it day in and day out.
4. Coach @taufantjandra has been sharpening his weightlifting technique for 2+ years.
And they are still learning. What is the lesson here?
ENJOY AND TRUST THE PROCESS.
When the coaches ask you to scale a movement in a WOD, it is because they see that the movement is not up to MetCon efficiency yet, therefore you will not get intended stimulus for the workout.
Reduce/increase the weight to a % we want to hit based on the programming because it's takes time for your body to build the needed strength.
We are happy with enthusiasm shown with the beginners, and we are here to get you there with the most efficient, and safest way because great things take time.

I can’t stress this concept enough. Yes you should work hard every single day you walk into the gym. I shouldn’t have to tell you that. BUT understand that progress comes in time. No elite athlete makes it to the top of their chosen sport “overnight.” Mastery of anything in this life is built on the day in & day out process of hard work & dedication.🥊
Yes there will be good days & bad, and the longer you’ve been in the Iron Game the more bad days you’ll have. But that is how this life works. Learn from the bad days & keep showing up to put in the work & good things will happen.🙌🏼

ODD OBJECTS: tonight’s workout made difficult by weight plates! A simple set up of over head holds, carries and burpees made hard by involving a weight plate! Wherever the athlete went the weight plate was sure to follow! We also worked on tempo pushups to pick up any movement flaws that are hidden by speed of movements! Aswell as large amount of midline through planks and hollow holds! Hoping everyone’s abs survived and feel good tomorrow!! Well done everyone on pushing the limits and trying to move as much weight as possible through the 5 rounds! Bring your A game for the rest of the week as we continue to improve and move forward! #crossfit#crossfitwsu#hard#work#pays#off#simple#things#made#hard#odd#objects#fitness#family#community#westernsydney#hawkesburygym
