I have my first partner teach practicum tomorrow morning with @noellecakmack !! So to shake off some of the nerves I #stopdropandyyoga at the good ol’ @walmart as I was picking up a few things 😂👍🏻🙌🏻 I was going to flow with my part, but then my back just wanted some love and you guys know I can’t say no to backbends! 😂😂 I was a little nervous at first but that is something I definitely need to get over. So I plan to #yogainpublic more often and hopefully gain more confidence! ✨🤞🏻🙃
@strayful taught me this thing at 11pm last night.... Celia the cleaner and now friend has been watching me for a couple of years and gave me hugs of pride encouragement... then we ate pizza. This post is in memory of a good night and a reminder you don’t have to be perfect to be proud 🖤

Whenever we start something new we have a certain feeling of trepidation and uncertainty of the unknown and in most cases it is completely unfounded and we get on with things very quickly and easily. Yoga has so many health benefits, on both a physical and spiritual level, that it would be a tragedy for anyone to miss out on them because they made a silly avoidable mistake on their first day. With that in mind this article addresses the 3 most common mistakes of new Yogi, and how to make sure they don’t happen to you.

Happy (Belated) World Circus Day 🤡Reasons I love circus: friendship, fitness, fun, a sense of belonging, creativity, never ending challenges, facing fears and overcoming them, feeling like a strong woman, feeling like I can fly, having the power to make people laugh or move them to tears. 📷 Revisiting a classic pose on a classic apparatus with @sarahkinetica.
