Constantly work on strengthening your back by doing exercises like prone cobra poses, back extensions, Swiss ball pikes, and hip raises. Incorporate dynamic rest, icing and heating and stretching to prevent back injuries✅
On my way home from a race in 2016, I discovered this witty plate (and suddenly, all my car magnets didn’t mean anything). I’ve always wondered who owned it. .
On my way home today, I saw the same plate and took a picture while stopped at a traffic light. The vehicle looked different so I didn’t think it was the same plate from 2016. I followed it, unintentionally of course and it went the same direction I did. There’s only a few runners in our neighborhood whom I know. I sent the picture to the one suspect in my Facebook. Mystery solved! .
