Don't poke around in the kitchen, our Beet Poke Bowl is ready for you! Roasted candy-stripe beets step in for ahi tuna in this vegetarian rendition of a poke bowl. The beets are marinated in fresh lemon juice and ginger then served over a bed of cauliflower rice with our avocado wasabi sauce. Served with pickled, Asian cucumber-radish slaw and steamed edamame beans. Seasoned with nori flakes, sesame seeds, and scallions.
