Last week we led a workshop we named “Spring Botanicals and Infusions” 🌿💐🌱🌺🥂 — We demonstrated methods of infusing liquids with the varied and bountiful springtime herbs and botanicals of the PNW. @smithteamaker led a portion of the night about the finer details of tea methods and extraction, and we, @publicprovisions , followed it with a boozier segment teaching guests about clear spirit infusion and ingredient preservation. Guests got to mix their own PNW gins and shake their selection into a delicious cocktail ✨🥃🥂🌿

Melaney’s long tenure in the food and beverage industry means she’s collected and developed an extensive knowledge of method, recipe, and creativity when it comes to specialty cocktails and beverages. What better way to exercise that knowledge than to share it with others? We at Public Provisions strive to entice others to that intersection of taste, design, and fun. We hope to inspire others to be creative, to try new things, and to enjoy the moment. We look forward to our next workshop when we can inspire another round of wonderful guests! 🏅🥂
