Here’s a progress report after one week from one of my clients. 📉📊We set a goal of losing 3 lbs per week and decreasing his body fat percentage by 2% each week. As you can see, we are right on schedule. 📆

Train because you love your body, not because you hate it! 4 exercises - 20 secs work 10 secs rest, 2 rounds. Then pick another 4 exercises and do the same..minimum of 15 mins a day :) Try structure as so.. UPPER, LOWER, CARDIO, ABS or something similar :)
