Using a foam roller can be a very effective way at relieving pain in the front of your knee. Start with the roller above the knee and roll up toward your thighs
Find tight and tender areas to alleviate and avoid bone or anything that causes numbness or tingling
Play with different angles of your legs to hit different muscles
Tag someone that may be suffering with knee pain
