I like doing things in sprints. For example - drink a liter of water three times a day (it won't happen otherwise). I love sprinting with nutrition too - like eating a large salad to get in a ton of vegetables, seeds and nuts, healthy oils in my body. .
That's why I love this concept of the power bowl - @healthyhabitshappymoms (photo credit 📷) I'm loving this challenge by these ladies to focus on having a balanced healthy meals once a day. Small changes can make a huge impact. Their challenge encourages you to get in protein, vegetable or fruit, health fats and whole grains in a meal. .
Most of these recipes look gluten free or if not are easily adaptable. Check them out!
I’m a major #foodie 😋
#mediterraneanchicken with Bruschetta, topped with #fetta cheese. Steamed cabbage, squash and zucchini. Mashed potatoes. .
All gluten free, and delicious. Having celiac disease will not limit me, if anything it pushes me to try new foods and explore new recipes. .

Do you think researchers need to do more? Or, because there is a known treatment option (the gluten-free diet) should the majority of research funds continue to be directed elsewhere?
Tried my hand at the 4-ingredient bagels that have been taking the internet by storm. Didn't have any Greek yogurt on hand, so I used sour cream. Turned out pretty tasty! Still perfecting it, but will definitely make these again!!
Definitely the perfect start to my morning, joined by my handsome man in his bright pink leash LOL. All vegan and gluten free. High in nutrition and volume so it’ll keep me full for a very long time but low in calories. I’ve been trying out this whole high carb low fat vegan lifestyle out and it’s going great!

Another follow-up at @sickkidstoronto today, and we got the go-ahead to introduce GF oats!! So we made a stop at @specialtyfoodshop and grabbed some @madegoodfoods granola balls made with GF oats. This was a VERY happy girl!
(I share my story with others because if I can help even one person and spread awareness it is all worth it). Behind this smile is a woman who has suffered with Autoimmune Disease most of her adult life. My journey began with being diagnosed with Celiac and Hashimoto's Disease 15 years ago. Instead of feeling better after my diagnosis, I continued to struggle and get worse over the years. It wasn't until a few months ago when it got really severe that I made the transition to holistic healing through The Anti Imflammatory Protocol. I turned desperation into a deliberate journey of healing. Only a month into the AIP and I am reversing vitamin deficiencies, gaining energy, healing my gut and feeling human again. I am celebrating 1 month into healing and I couldn't have done it without the team at Wholistic Medicine of Atlanta! Also, a shout-out to all of us fighting a battle that most people don't understand. Keep Hanging In There!😘
Tuesday Thoughts. I don’t necessarily want to be known by millions, or even thousands. What I want is to be known, by the few who know me, as one who didn’t give up.

#celiacos#glutenfree#celiacdisease#celiacdiseaseawareness#consciencia
I could really use any advice right now regarding tree-nut free (coconut is fine), dairy-free, gluten-free products. I just found out I can no longer have dairy. I've been desperately trying to find replacements for things. I've tried Daiya, So Delicious, Enjoy Life. Any recommendations you can make would be awesome, or recipe suggestions. I'm really struggling with this, it feels like going gluten free all over again. Anything would be appreciated, thank you! ❤ #celiac#celiacprobs#celiacdisease#celiacdiseaseawareness#celiacawareness#treenutfree#dairyfree
