It’s all in the sauce!!!! My boys will eat ANY I mean ANY vegetable with this sauce. It’s kind of like a spicy peanut sauce without peanuts because they don’t agree with us. What sauces do you love? Recipe 1/3 cup Almond Butter; 1/2 cup coconut aminos (you could sub w soy sauce) 1/4 cup ACV. 1 tsp toasted Sesame oil, Ground Ginger & Cayenne to taste. Mix till smoothie.

This miraculous blend consists of raw cacao, tocos, mucuna pruriens, ashwagandha, reishi, astragalus, maca, moringa, rose petals, cardamom, turmeric, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, cayenne and cinnamon. And it’s UNREAL. I’ve been enjoying it in my morning coffee, smoothies and evening tea/tonic.
