When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath, then you will be successful.
This doesn’t mean it’s gonna be easy. Get to the grind, and don’t stop until you have it. Have to have a mindset of never giving up! Don’t stop when you’re tired. Stop when you’re done. This applies to everything in your life.

I’m back again for our last day of splits with props and you can check what’s to come in the attached flyer😬🤸🏼♀️ Tomorrow is Day 21 of #MayWeSplit and I am introducing front splits with your front leg elevated so your homework is to find something tall and stable! You may be thinking how this could be helpful at all or seen as a prop, but trust me it has always been the easiest way to split for me. I would prefer my front leg elevated over on the ground any day! The idea is to be much higher so it doesn’t replicate an over split and the entrance can be a bit tricky so I’ve included my quick video. If possible slide with your front leg into place versus scooting back with your bottom leg and hold onto your prop to take out any balancing challenges! I also prefer to stay on my toes of my back leg to maintain alignment in my knee and hip. The main reason I like this prop the best is it makes my splits feel more like a lunge than anything, making it more accessible. So once your legs are a good distance apart concentrate on pushing down into your hip flexor while keeping your legs fully engaged. Adding a bend also helps me open up even more, but it’s completely optional. Can’t wait for everyone to try and see if they’ll fall in love with this one as much as I have during my splits journey. The good news is you only have to push to what feels comfortable and can slowly work yourself to that straight line if it’s not in your practice yet. Listen to your body and have fun😘 I also like to mention that it’s totally okay to play catch up if you’re in that boat! We all have lives and yoga may not always get to come first. I myself have some catching up to do as well and I just can’t wait! I absolutely love what you all are doing❤️❤️❤️

Ray started with me in March to get ready for his wedding. To date he has lost a whopping 17lbs from 207lb to 190lb and dropping 6% body fat from 16% to 10% and rapidly going down!
Ray already had self knowledge with his own strength training. To take his physique to new levels we increased the level of high intensity interval training and lots of circuit training! On his off days he has a structured workout routine for constant progress as well as a nutrition guide based on his specific needs!
Proud of the hard work he has been putting in each session!
Recording 5 new tunes - check , playing the Ballard Jazz Fest - check , Symohony Tacoma Audition - check . Woooeeeee what a great week! You know who you are !!!! xoxoxoxox #cantstopwontstop 💗💗💗💗
#mmmay18 day 20! Another repeat in which I begin to acknowledge that I am excessive maker of summer dresses and generally impractical things and don’t make enough T-shirts and normal clothes. This t shirt is a self draft off the shoulder situation and I kind of love it. 😁#cantstopwontstop#makersgonnamake#sewersofinstagram
