I'm not normally one to post this but hopefully someone may find it inspiring. 
I woke up today feeling lathargic, had stomach cramps, feet starting to swell with the heat and I was finding that I was talking myself out of training this evening..finding any excuse.

I've been working really hard on my fitness recently and when it's early days and your not seeing the results yet you have to keep pushing.

Anyway I got my shit together, changed ready for spin and felt good in my workout gear...already feeling a little better. Then I got to see Dan...even better. Even though I slowed down for one track cos my feet hurt I didn't completely stop and I felt the strongest I've ever felt in that class. I've left feeling so much happier than how my day started and motivated to keep pushing.

Which makes it seem like I'd NOT be fond of meal plans, right?

Truth is, I am a fan 👍 – especially for folks with routined lives of work, school, family obligations, etc.
⠀ 
But(t🍑) here's the thing...

The TYPE of meal plan you're following will determine whether it's good or straight doggy doo-doo 💩
⠀ 
See, most meal plans are rigid & restrictive 👎
⠀ 
They often ignore total calories and, instead, focus on stuff that's much less relevant for weight loss — stuff like meal timing, meal frequency, and "good" vs. "bad" foods.
⠀ 
A beneficial meal plan is one focused on the fundamentals (calories, macros, whole foods) and flexible with the rest.
⠀ 
The meal plan guidelines above are what I use with clients, and it works gangbusters 👌
⠀ 
A note before you give it a go📝:
⠀ 
The Calorie & Macro equation used in Step 1 isn’t magic or perfect...
⠀ 
For example, if you’re extremely active or have a goal weight that’s more than 50 lbs below your current weight, these recommendations MIGHT be a bit too low...
⠀ 
Truth is, there’s no “perfect” formula that’ll calculate your specific needs 💯
⠀ 
The best thing you can do is use one and then adjust later on. ⠀ 
I like to see my online clients losing .25-1% of their body weight per week (on average) ✅
⠀ 
Use a formula, track for a few weeks, and see how your body’s responding...
⠀ 
If you’re in that .25-1% range, you’re solid. Keep on keepin’ on!
⠀ 
If you’re above/below it, you might wanna consider adjusting your calorie intake up or down just a tad.

Slightly over my calories for the day, but my deficit allows for the extras, so I’m not gonna worry about it. Tried something a bit different for dinner tonight, but typical me I forgot to take a picture😂 I made a sausage, potato and veg tray bake using chicken sausages and although it needs some adjusting it was lovely, and was only 317 calories. Missed a fair few steps today, my ankle has been niggly recently and today it's been screaming at me (that's for wearing flip flops all day!) For 2 People!
INGREDIENTS:-
2 Rump Steaks
1 Cup of Giant Wholemeal Cous Cous
1 Carrot diced
1 Celery stick diced
1/4 Red Pepper diced
1/4 Yellow Pepper diced
small bunch of oregano
small bunch of mint
1 Lemon
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pepper and Salt
METHOD:
1) Juice the lemon into a bowl with the olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper with the mint and oregano chopped finely
2) Cook the Cous Cous and then drain & add the dressing and the finely diced veg

#dinner was 1/2 can vegetable soup and some bread with a smidge of flora light. Was meant to have a stir fry (swipe) but it tasted bad and I had a panic attack so swapped it for soup cause apparently I still have to eat. TW! Ifeel  disgusting, today’s the first day in a long time I’ve had over 1000 calories in a day and my parents still want me to eat more tonight. I’m so scared 😟

Therefore is might be a better idea to get clues up on the nutritional values of the food you consume. 30 grs de harina de avena. 
20 grs de leche en polvo svelty.
Canela y clavo de olor en polvo.
Endulzante cero calorías. 
Preparación:

Revuelves bien y dejas reposar unos 5 minutos para que espese.
