Do you call yourself out on your excuses? Comment below ⤵️⤵️. For me, I’ve found when I start out my sentence with...”my excuse is.....”, I’m making it real, calling myself out, and this actually motivates me to do what I may not want to be doing. Freshly installed cleats looking great at the @FortWorthInv👌 With traction such a key part of the game, it's no surprise that 7 out of 9 of the top performers on the PGA Tour wear shoes with replaceable cleats.
The worlds BEST ball strikers like @tommyfleetwood_1 use training aids like this all the time. Not even for when things are off, but to help train them and maintain them when they’re on! Watch a guy like @alexnoren1 ‘s routine on every shot! But yeah, you’re right, you probably don’t need this stuff. I mean, what if people look at you? What if you hit one bad shot with it? 🤦🏼♂️😜💪 Lots of people WANT to get better but don’t want to do what it takes! 🏆 DO WHAT IT TAKES 🏆 #golfbettertucson#tommyfleetwood (via @trackmangolf )
THIS is how tour guys and even SHORT GAME GOATS like @brettrumford practice! It’s not just always hitting shots EXACTLY like in competition. Watch a few things - If you notice he draws a line and works to hit that in his back and forth practices (entry point drills on my website). He’s working on entry point and getting the sand interaction he wants (would be my estimate). Also it appears to me that he rests his club on the sand for the shots he does hit. Don’t be afraid to do stuff like this when you train and practice! For more info and my opinions, head over to the NEW Golfbettertucson.com! 💪 #golfbettertucson#shortgamegoat (via @brettrumford )
