Back workout this morning. I like pullups.❤️ Although there's not one exercise that someone HAS to do to achieve great results, pullups are one of the most complete bodyweight exercises for the back.💪🏻 When I started working out over 10 years ago I couldn't do a pullup, but consistency and hard work paids off. My personal best is 15 pullups😁. Some of my clients feel intimidated by this exercise and although at first doing a pullup wasn't one of their goals, they were pretty chuffed when they got their first (as was I when I got mine😊) If you want to do it, you can do it. Start with some assistance at first, try doing chin ups (palms facing you) before moving on to pullups etc.
Like with anything in life consistency is key. Pullups are a challenging exercise, especially for women as we tend to be relatively stronger on our lower body, but it's all about trying and sticking to it. It might take some time, but if you want to, you CAN get there. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸
