I used to dragg all morning at work and couldn’t get by without a coffee
I also would always find a little candy stash here at work and nibble on some (yes I have a MAJOR sweet tooth!) Well ever since I’ve started adding grafefruit and NingXia to my smoothies I HAVEN’T needed coffee and I haven’t desired the extra sweets here at work.
There’s something about grapefruit and NingXia that has helped WAKE me up, give me ENERGY, and diminished my SUGAR cravings.

Non fitness related: running on fumes, mentally and physically. About to run my pup, Addy, to the vet. We’ve been treating her for a uti with no improvement the past two weeks. Please keep her in your thoughts, she needs to get cathed today and have her bladder and urine cultured. I’m hoping it’s nothing else more serious. She’s my baby and I really don’t want her to be suffering (last pic, her usual concerned look on her face 💜)

Sumo dead’s : 4x 8-10
*straight leg dead’s: 3x 10-12
*lawn mowers: 3x 8-10
*kettle bell swings: 3x 30 seconds
Rounded shoulder back extensions( targets the glutes): 3x 12-15
And a burnout of walking lunges And monster walks

Still working out and attempting to eat right. Actually, yesterday was the first day I tracked and was perfectly on plan in weeks! I plan to keep it going. This sassy girl has been really great about going into the kidzone and letting me get a jog in. Making friends every time we go to the gym🧒🏻👧🏼🧒🏾
Oh and it’s Hansel’s birthday! He’s 7 and soaking up the sun out back 🌞🐕
We love to be parents and all what is envolved 💕 our oldest daughter performing today as a mouse 🐭 sharing an important message to the audience: kindness... no matter who you do good for everybody. 💕
