Happy Saturday! A morning walk and a cup of coffee, the perfect way to start the weekend! 🌞☕ I figured since I have never really shared my face on here, an introduction is in order! So, hi! Those of you who watch my youtube videos already know what I look like though haha 😝 here are 3 random facts about me:
1. I was born on the first day of fall🍁, and share a birthday with my grandpa!🎂
2. I cannot keep any plant alive for more than a few months, yet I keep on trying!🌿🍂
3. If I could eat just one thing for the rest of my life, it would probably be potatoes, in all shapes and forms!🍟 Hope you are all having a good weekend! 💞
💖Rain stopped just long enough for and me to get a ride in! Better than being stuck indoors on the trainer! 🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♂️

Arrived yesterday to spend a great Memorial Day weekend in Philadelphia 🚎🇺🇸❤️ Our first stop was (obviously) the prettiest historic street in Philly, also known as “our nation's oldest residential street.”
✨I’m joining the @medelita_gram #showmeyourspecialty campaign to give you a glimpse into my Urgent Care world as a PA! I’ve been in #urgentcare for many years, specifically 3 years seeing patients as a PA. 👩🏻⚕️It is a fascinating field, some sort of primary care + emergency medicine hybrid. Our offices are open every day of the year, have evening & weekend hours & invite walk-ins anytime. 🔬I perform a lot of routine care (patients may be new to or visiting DC, unable to take off time during the workweek, have barriers to care, or just don’t have a primary care provider) and I see a lot of sick patients (viral/bacterial infections, STIs/UTIs, sprains/fractures, I&D’s/lacerations, asthma/allergies, anxiety/depression, etc). I work 12-hour shifts with at least two weekend days per month. As a #physicianassistant I diagnose, treat, and prescribe, sometimes acting as my patients’ principal healthcare provider and often coordinating with specialists. 💉
Check out Urgent Care if you’re a new grad, or want lots of schedule flexibility, or want to see a little bit of everything or want to moonlight somewhere to keep your skillz fresh💊 ✨
Thanks to the lovely @teenagefemalehealth for tagging @paprevou ❤️
I’m tagging @themedicalmind @stethoscopeandsparkle @prescribing.health to show us your specialty!
And there we went...my current travel life is continuing...after only 4 days in New York I am back in Japan. This time in Odate a town in the region of Akita. I immediately noticed all the rice fields around and the area reminded me a little bit on my time last year in Wakayama, or rather Kinokawa. Definitely a drastic change from New York, but I am already curious to explore the area a little more in the coming days...and especially cuddle cute Akita dogs 😍 I wish my life could just go on like this. I am so excited I hope I can sleep. Stay curious for cute dog pictures and to my European fellas I hope you enjoy your weekend ;3 | #dumbo#brickwall#newyork#derdenker#thethinker#brooklyn#travellife#exploring#niceshot#ニューヨーク#旅行#アメリカ
