Day 77: Brentano Quartet with Marina Piccinini 😍
Absolutely stunning performance tonight! It was my first time hearing the Mozart Flute Quartet, Kernis's Air, and Shosty's 12-tone 12th string quartet and it was such a treat to experience the emotional trajectory and character they took with each piece! Their group sound is unlike anything I've heard before, and I'm so inspired by their passion, sensitivity, musicianship, sound, and imagination!

Danny's new trick, trot half pass! 😍❤🦄 Where he's so short, he can get stuck and block himself doing the lateral work, so he finds this the hardest thing ever. Just needs more balance and fluency which will come with time, but chuffed to bits with what he's giving me now!
