This is the definition of a #shittymorning : waking up at 7AM, for a #nightperson , after 3h sleep, which could be labeled as #napping , #beinglate , #rushing to Frederiksberg’s hospital, with #nomakeup (except for the one from yesterday, which I haven’t removed), just #asipofcoffee cause it was too hot to be drunk and you were too late to let it cold down, getting to the hospital and start #sneezing , get back home on a call with a friend (I know you’re reading this 😏), and still having 100 stuff to do - to name one, your luggage, given that you’re supposed to have a flight later tonight. Yeah, I captured this moment with a #shamelessselefie to keep up with the pattern, while I’m having my #firstcoffeeoftheday . ••New Class•• Slow Flow & Yin with Helen Russell-Clark. Every Friday at 8:15am come and give yourself an opportunity to slow down and release deep tension from deeper layers in your body. ✨✨ A #slow paced #flow class that offers an easy #sequence to help you find a #meditative state within the flow. Movements will be much more #relaxed , with a strong focus on the #breath .
The second half of the class will help you slow down even more, holding poses for a longer period of time, #yin style. By holding these seated poses for a bit longer, we allow our bodies to relax deeper, accessing other layers such as the #fascia , tendons and ligaments, to release tension.

What a morning! We woke up early to watch the sunrise. Then I did some yoga (asana) practice all by myself on the beach, followed by meditation to the sounds of the sea 🌊 And I was joined by a very cute dog at the end 🐶💕

I’m not really sure what else to say but I know this speaks to me.
I think because I do try and rush everything!
My kids, my injury (for the love of Moses just HEAL-see?)
We rush our food, we want results faster....
But what if we just slowed down?
What if we didn’t have such crazy high expectations of ourselves...what if I SHOULD wasn’t used so much.
If you are feeling frustrated today, a lil sad today, nervous maybe, or even a little anxious-I just want you to know it’s ok. Be gentle with yourself.
You are widely capable-and you will get there!
