When you decide to make breakfast for lunch and it turns out amazinggggg 😍 P.S. I experimented with the oatmeal. Put some cinnamon, stevia, and PB2 in it and it tasted soooo good! Will definitely be doing that again. .

Il venerdì mattina amo forse ancora di più il momento della colazione. Sarà che forse la faccio a metà mattina, super affamata, dopo essermi allenata per 1h e 45’ in palestra, ma questo momento, credetemi, lo aspetto come si aspetta lo scoccare del verde al semaforo quando si è particolarmente in ritardo 😂💚! Per questo pasto post workout ho mangiato un porridge che ho preparato ieri sera con una formella di weetabix bagnata con del latte, un risolatte alla vaniglia da 175gr, dei semi di girasole e un quadratino di cioccolato fondente 90%. Ma siccome, io a saziarmi, al mattino, faccio veramente una gran fatica, ho aggiunto un #breakfastpart2 😅 con 40 gr dell’ultimo pezzetto di pane integrale alla zucca con un cucchiaino di burro di arachidi 100% è un cappuccino di soia (100gr).
