This was a very happy moment in my week!
Sitting across from these three, even if I did only have three hours of sleep, how could it not be wonderful?
My parents were here for the first time in at least nine months to support the Auction. But mostly it was God’s peace. The prep that needed to still happen:
Pick up a donation,
Arrange said donation in a large heavy flower pot,
Print bid sheets,
Print items list,
Buy cello wrap,
Cello wrap five items,
Create PowerPoint (never happened),
Make a cake,
Frost said cake,
Load Signs (and cake),
Set up the event entirely,
Then DO THE THING.
I was winging it like a boss, because I knew God was with me (even though I felt like an idiot).
But this right here...I loved this very moment.
And I just noticed the boys (who do not coordinate attire) were both sporting Star Wars swag of the Yoda version. The Force is strong.
Yep! You guessed it! I take my workout clothes with me wherever I go! I didn’t workout yesterday and I may not work out tomorrow. So, today was a must! Shout out to my sister for taking me to her gym this morning. We got it in! Even though she wasn’t trying to be on camera, I got her anyway! Lol
Then, I came home, got cleaned up and had a nice, healthy, satisfying breakfast. A small bowl of Ezekiel cereal with almond milk with 2 slices of Ezekiel toast with butter and strawberry jelly. Oh and don’t forget my Shaklee vitamins! Delicious!!! #BreakfastOfChampions
Well done Scrambled Eggs with cherry tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms and some chopped up green chillies for that extra kick of flavours!!
Also called as 'Egg Bhurji' in India, and it is very popular in the country and almost every household and a lot of street food stalls serve 'Egg Bhurji' with ofcourse some changes of their own, but it's amazing, delicious and packed with flavours everytime.
These type of scrambled eggs are an amazing break from the traditional style creamy and simple scrambled eggs.
I recommend this to each and everyone who has never tried such kind of scrambled eggs, either make it on your own (You can DM me for that) or if you are travelling to India or can find an Indian restaurant serving Egg Bhurji, I highly recommend you to go out there and try it!! Your mind would be blown and you'll love it too!!
The usual creamy and simply scrambled eggs would seem boring after you try this!!😋😋
PS - You can add many kinds of ingredients to this Egg Bhurji. You can make it either with vegetables or you can also add meats like bacon and chicken!!
The key to Egg Bhurji is that it should be packed with flavours!!
