Today I tried putting cauliflower rice in my oatmeal and I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t taste awful!! I LOVE my morning oats, but I think it’s time I start experimenting my flavors, toppings, and oatmeal base. #morningoats 👉🏻 1/3 c oats, 1/4 cauliflower rice, banana, almond butter, sprinkle of hemp seeds and granola! 🍌🥜

It's the end of the semester and i spwnt the last few weeks locked up in the library living off fast food and coffee. This morning i had time to make real food. Who knew scrambled eggs and avocado would make me so happy. #latemornings#avocado#breakfastisserved#endofsemester
Pancakes are a must in our house. & as soon as my daughter found out I was making them she asked if they were gonna be healthy! Well of course. & delicious: 4 ingredients, Pure Protein Pancakes!

Visited Quay Ingredient this morning to see their famous breakfast menu. Apparently the best in Newcastle
🥚 I had scrambled eggs with white truffle oil on buttery brioche toast with rocket (with extra sausages) My friend had ham hock eggs Benedict with BBQ hollandaise sauce. •
In opinion, it’s not the best place to have breakfast in Newcastle but I am glad I went and experienced breakfast there. Their menu is quite traditional, full of typical English breakfasts and eggs Benedict. This morning I fancied something lighter and healthier and there was no option for that except granola and yogurt which I can make at home •
The staff were friendly and I recommend it if you like eggs, avocado and the traditional breakfasts using good quality ingredients.
So I’ve had a horrible craving for pop tarts since @tj_fit33 posted on her story about eating them. Well this morning I kicked the sweet tooth to the curb & I came up with this.
Protein Stuffed French Toast
-2 Slices of Dave’s Killer Bread
Inside the 2 pieces of bread
- 2 TBS of Philadelphia cream cheese
-50g of 🍓
Then Dipped into a mixture of
- 2 🥚
- 1/2 scoop of Cinnamon Cookie Batter Protein Powder
Add to skillet with cooking spray & cook for a few minutes of eat side. 20gF 50gC 28gP
