He wanted strawberries, and I’m using up the apples that he refuses to eat 😆 I get two t. of syrup and he gets 3 t. of natural pb. Stuffed egg peppers + fresh fruit for breakfast today😍 how to make the peppers: cut a pepper in half and get all the seeds out of the middle. In a small bowl whisk an egg and put some veggies in it. I put tomatoes,mushrooms, zucchini, and feta cheese in mine. Then poor the mix into the pepper. Bake for 45 minuets at 350❤️

Ground beef patty on a lettuce wrap,(that I had marinated overnight the ground beef  with orange juice,ponzu,dried basil, garlic powder,cumin powder,cinnamon powder,1 egg,Adwiya Persian spice.Made them into patty and pan grilled them with 1 tsp avocado oil.The marinade is similar to @thegutlessfoodie recipe for "Foofoo chicken meat balls",I just added a,few extra 😁😁 ,also i realized I didn't have chicken mince😉)
Sauerkraut,Turkish pickled peppers,cucumbers,Pangrilled tomato,avocado slices, a cup of #Darjeeling tea blend from #Harneyandsons.
