Få litt ekstra farge på maten 😁🍓🍌 Granateple, jordbær og banan! Blandingen under her er kakao, havregryn, chia, maca og litt myoprotein blandet med vann, satt i kjøleskapet dagen i forveien 👌☕ Litt som å spise 🍰 til frokost, men masse bra næring som holder deg mett lenge! .
Jeg digger myoprotein forresten, for det er et isolat (minimalt med laktose og veldig høy proteinandel og kvalitet, lettfordøyelig) i tillegg til at det er en blanding av myse og kasein. Myse tas opp raskt og stimulerer proteinsyntese, mens kasein tas opp noe tregere og motvirker nedbrytning av muskelmasse, og man får dermed en mer jevn energifordeling. Kasein gir dessuten en mer "fluffy" tekstur, så det blander seg bra. Og smaker DIGG 🍫 .
Jeg er ikke glad i shakes, og foretrekker å spise maten min, så jeg bruker det til bakst og lignende. . (Note: nei, proteinpulver er ikke farlig, men heller ikke nødvendig for å få resultater på trening. Men det er en billig kilde til bra protein, hvis du ser på pris pr gram protein!)

Been experimenting with my version of a Bullet Proof/Keto Coffee. This is a supercharger for your brain and I have used a Chaga Mushroom infusion to steep the coffee and also add Lion's Mane mushroom. I use it strategically and won't have it everyday but I use it breaking a fast and when I have to use my brain to be super alert, such as writing tasks and/or important meetings. My brain is so alert and I find that I can go for a while without having major hunger pangs. I tend to eat/snack less as well.
Please note to get the best out of this you need your body to be in a fat burning state (Ketosis) and should be counted towards your daily caloric intake. If you have any medical conditions then you should seek medical advice first.
1 cup of coffee (if you don't have chaga mushroom then regular black coffee is fine)
1 tbs MCT Oil (You can also use extra virgin coconut oil but it's not as effective)
1 tbs Ghee Butter from grass fed cows/organic
Sprinkle of Himalayan Rock Salt
Blitz it all together and enjoy!

I've been experimenting with that #veganism , cause ya know, save the planet from methane gasses and my IBS is crying out for help☄️This is so far my absolute favourite plant-based meal; even on a student budget👊🏼 and honestly so easy if you have a food processor (or be like me and cut it all up by hand cuz I don't have high tech things). This meal hits your protein, carbs and healthy fats, as well as the much needed veggies we all tend to neglect🌚 ~ 3/4 head of cauliflower chopped in fine pieces ~ 1 cup of peas ~ 1 cup chopped carrots ~ 1/2 cup chopped onion ~ few handfuls of beansprouts
~ 3/4 extra firm tofu cut and pre fried
~tsp salt, pepper, and 1tbsp of ginger
🌱Soya sauce to taste 🌱PLUS I always eat avocado on the side cause I need the omegas for my brain and it's the bomb😎 🌱Basically just fry up all of your veggies including cauliflower, put a lid on the pan and steam on medium to low heat, toss in your cooked tofu then add your spices and sauce🌱
This usually lasts me about 3-4 days tops🤤

How often do you find yourself thinking about what happened or what you may have done yesterday? Especially if it’s something you’re used to doing a lot, it can be a tough habit to break. But yes, it’s a habit! And just like any other habit, with some work, it’s possible to replace with another, more valuable, habit. Step 1: Understand that it’s only a habit. Step 2: Decide to change it. Step 3: When you notice yourself getting stuck over thoughts about the past, remind yourself that it’s just a thought and that you can choose to think about what’s happening right now. Step 4: Rinse & repeat until you’ve kicked that old habit to the curb!
