Food. Nutrition. Eating is hard isn’t it? Or maybe it’s too easy and convenient. I know when I eat poorly, I feel awful. Sometimes you may not know how bad you feel until you start eating right.
For years I was overweight. I ate to soothe my stress, my anxiety and cope with my relationship issues. It got me to 300 lbs. it made me miserable. I felt trapped and hopeless about ever getting the weight off I needed to.
I tried it all. The only thing that worked for me was a an accountability group, working out and clean eating.
Then I got in a rut. Up and down the same 10 lbs for month. I then worked on a new fitness program that was very physically challenging. I got through six weeks and then got invited to a coach test grou to test this new nutritionist’s program.
I was willing to try it to break thru my rut.
I got in a small, active group. Watched the videos. Downloaded the program. Started following the simple rules. Are tons of veggies. Drank lots of water. Wasn’t perfect. Had some wine 🍷 and 🍺 sometimes. I lost 8 lbs in three weeks. It’s the program + the support. No meetings. No crazy foods. I feel better and I’m losing weight again.
