It has taken so long for me to get to the image on the left. It might not be as defined as most of the Instagram pictures I see daily, but it’s taken a whole lot of effort, complete lifestyle change, 100 mistakes & learning curves to get here! I’m finally eating and training on a level which should allow me to make good progress over the next few months.. I’m finally understanding how my body works and challenging it in the right way. 🔸
A lot of ladies around me are frustrated that they cannot see results after a few months of training. It’s so important to remember that everyone’s bodies react to food and training in different ways and it’s important to understand how your body reacts to food and training in the first instance. What might work for others, may not work for you! It takes time and patience to cut fat and gain muscle. I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere now and excited to see how far I can push myself physically🐻
