Time to start the second leg of my trip and a new book! I’ve heard lots of good things about TANGERINE and it’s the April selection of @saltwaterreads; I’m excited to get started and, bonus, I have about four hours to kill, so...🤷🏻♀️🤓📚
What is one of your Bookish pet peeves???
Ever since starting bookstagram one of my biggest pet peeves is having books that match! I need to have all the same format and all the same cover designs or it frustrates me 😂😂😂😂!!!
I like things to match and I’ve noticed that bleeds into my pictures too! I tend to setup my pictures based off of color! I tend to pick a book and based off of the colors of the cover I will coordinate my pictures around them!
I love the pink and gold of Rosemarked by @lkblackburne and I had fun putting this pic together!!! By the way if you haven’t read this yet make sure to pick it up!

Which character driven novels would you recommend? ❥ I Love You Too Much by Alicia Drake has been one of my favourite reads of this year so far. It’s a beautifully written, melancholic story about ageing, loneliness and love, set against the backdrop of Paris. The characters that Alicia has created feel hauntingly real. The voice of the narrator, Paul - a 14 year old boy who longs for love and validation from his egotistical, neglectful parents - was utterly compelling. I felt like I was reading the diary of an isolated teenage boy. If you love character driven stories, then this is absolutely the book for you.
Today I observed a chemistry class and basically decided my anxiety is too high to ever go back again.
How can anyone be calm with open flames and teenagers both IN THEIR CLASSROOM?!?!?! 🙅🏼♀️

Got my first "recommend" for the writer and "consider" for the script! Thanks @roadmapwriters for the assist!
DTB & THE SOB started as a very vague idea 2 years ago. Like any script, it's been ripped apart and out together so many times. Happy to see how far it's come and looking forward to seeing where it ends up!
New babies for my #bookshelf !
I wasn't expecting "Between the world and me" for another week, and I'm trying really hard not to start right now.
Can't wait to dig into @acevedowrites's work. So happy I finally got my hands on @brooklyndolly and @gabrielmoreno's art.
Check out that Britney mic 💁♀️ Just a throwback to @mountainstosea1 with @instatubridy... we nerded out about books n things and we had a lovely time, didn’t we?! 🙂 #throwbackthursday#bookworms#bookish
Livro: É Assim Que Acaba
Autora: Colleen Hoover
Continue a nadar. Continue a nadar. Continue a nadar, nadar, nadar".⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
