Where should your focus and energy be on when trying to lose fat? 9 times out of 10 I get people asking questions about certain foods, what to eat after workouts and what macros to hit.. all of these things make up such a tiny proportion of your results! No certain food will make you fat or should be off limits. If you eat less calories than you use in a day then you will lose fat. Even if you eat a cookie, a burger and have two glasses of wine. I mean if you’ve consumed all of those you’d still likely be in a deficit but you’d have to not eat anything else. Should you eat mainly junk to lose fat? NO. Can you eat some junk and still get lean? YES. Being flexible and balanced in your approach will serve you better than being completely black and white in the long run! A #transformationthursday achieved by Rob a while back with the guidance of coach @adamhayley1. - Nothing crazy here: 1. Protein was around 1.2g/lb throughout 2. Fats starter at 0.4g/lb 3. Carbs ranged from 50-250g 4. Cardio was HIIT performed twice per week only 5. EAAs and Creatine Mono were the two 'staple' supplements - Nothing radical or new there. What got him into this condition? The weekly accountability via checking in with Adam consistently 💪
