Ever since I can remember, I’ve looked at the girl next to me and felt the need to find what she has that I don’t. .
I’ve struggled with self doubt, lack of confidence and never being content with what I have to offer the world. I’ve never truly sat back and looked at myself in the mirror, proud of what and who I see because I know someone out there has it “better” than me.
I was anxious to go to the gym because I didn’t want people to look at me and judge. I felt like every time someone looked in my direction, in or out of the gym, they were finding something wrong with me and discounting me because of it. .
Lately, I’ve been addressing this anxiety with myself. I’ve come to terms with myself and am slowly learning to love all my quirks and all of my body while I am on this journey. .
Don’t let comparison dictate who you think you are. Don’t allow those thoughts to steal your joy. Shove those thoughts out of your mind completely and embrace your current self as you are, but continue striving for who you were meant be, not who you want to be like.

Something you dont know about me, 11 years ago I became level 3 qualified NASM personal trainer! Yes I was the first ever deaf personal trainer worked for Fitness First chain in the UK. FACT!
Yeah you may be shocked at the size I am now considering Im a former PT. what can I say? Life happens, health issues happened, falling in love happened, 2 kids happened (planned), marriage happened, and my love of food happened, I was in and out of working out in the 11 years period, and events happened, so now I am at the heaviest Ive ever been.
Sometimes Im okay with that and I am working on it, sometimes I cry and hate being large. My love for working out still remains, it proof that diet is the hardest component of the fit lifestyle, its proof that we do sometimes use excuses to eat more crap food! Yes I admit it, I have been yo yo dieting for 11 years and it have impacted me, in every way.
While the last decade there have been too many focus on the keto, juicing, herbalife, Juice Plus, low carbs low fat, Atkins, and so on and on and on, the boring broccoli and chicken only meals, but now there is growing companies where you can lose weight while enjoy the food, like fasting, or now 2B Mindset. It sounds like right up my street because no way I can “diet” and sacrifice my love for chocolate, that would be deprivation!
It have take me a very long time to get the mindset of stop following all kind of diets, and make your own diet, eat what works for you, eat what benefits you the best, eat what your body love and not cause bloatedness, and still enjoy treats! YOU DO YOU!!! Stop following the diet that may work for them but not working for YOU! Our bodies are designed differently! You find what work for you the bestest and stick to it! Sustainable diet lasts forever!
Anyway, enough chitchat about my SIZE, and look at what I ACCOMPLISHED today! I did the kick through & taps without modifying! Well yes the pushups are mod, there were like hundreds of pushups in #coredeforce today! @jerichomcmatthews and @joelfreemanfitness killed my chest! I did half modification most of the workouts and felt so amazing! The Sphinx pushup thoooo!! Only did few reps on knees!

Qualche mese fa (quasi un anno a dir la verità) decisi di farmi un regalo per il mio 30esimo compleanno. Volevo rimettermi in forma, dedicarmi completamente a uno stile di vita sano e investire sulla mia persona. I'M BACK! After a 3 week Digital Detox (the plan was at least a week, but it was so amazing I kept going for the whole of the girls' school holidays).
I've done tons of Digital Detoxes and massively recommend them, but this one was truly special, as something happened while I was offline...

Mein gesunder Wachmacher: CHI von #ringana . Ananas, Ingwer, Bitterorange, Zitrone und unter anderem Maca sorgen für den “hallo-wach-effekt”.
