Let me tell you something about hardworking... Having a great good looking physique is not as easy as you think. You have to fight everyday with yourself to reach your goals. Some days you feel like stopping but you just can not do that, cause you love your dreams more than everything. You just have to work hard everyday. You just have to sacrifice...your time with your friends is limited, your money is limited cause you have to provide to yourself the best recovery with foods and supplements, long long hours in the gym kicking weights, doing lots of cardio, and this is just not enough because all of this hardwork and sacrifice requires consistency, you have to be consistent days after days, months after months and years after years. And I assure you this is not easy task. But without hard work and discipline it is difficult to become a top professional.

Heart racing, body starts to sweat, that little voice in your head telling you to just get down, that you don’t need that photo.. then you step out onto the ledge, take a few photos, drop lower, even crack a smile, and weirdly feel comfortable. I step off, come back and see the beauty that was taken just because I decided “fuck it, face the fears”. Anyone that knows me knows I’m shit scared of heights and just looking off a ledge would make my legs weak. This was a huge milestone for me, yet it was such a simple, and enjoyable task.

Quand je vois ce montage j’ai l’impression que ça m’a pris plus de temps mais nan je me suis pas trompée dans le calcul 😂 C’est juste que j’ai l’impression que ce changement de lifestyle remonte à plus longtemps.

Pour résumer chaque photo :
Février 2017: je venais de démarrer le challenge, mon but était juste de perdre 2-3 kilos pour passer sous la barre des 60. Je mangeais sans trop me soucier de ce qu’il y avait dans mon assiette mais j’étais végétarienne depuis 2 mois. Une cession de Hiit une fois le samedi pour déculpabiliser de tous mes plats de pâtes 🍝 😊

Juillet 2017 : Au final j’ai voulu perdre encore ! Puis j’avais pris goût à cette aventure 🤗 je suis descendue à 55 kilos. Sport 4 à 6 fois par semaine. Je ne comprenais pas tout au monde de la musculation mais je m’appliquais.
Sauf que j’ai fini par me trouver trop frêles 🤔 Je préfères les physiques plus « en forme »! Je ne me trouvais pas suffisamment musclé\gainé. Juste mince ! Bref, j’apprenais encore 😊

Mars 2017: Pendant l’hiver j’ai décidé de faire une prise de masse 😱 panique, moi qui venait de passer 7 mois à tout contrôler pour en perdre ! Je me suis renseignée un Max, parlé aux coach, lu des livres et je me suis lancée... 3 mois pendant lesquels je mangeais plus (bonjour les fêtes 😍) mais je me surpassais aussi a la salle ! Ah oui, j’en ai baver 😂 c’est à ce moment là que j’ai compris ce qu étais repousser ses limites. .
En janvier j’ai repris une sèche qui m’a permis de perdre le peu de gras que j’avais pris. En fait, j’ai bien géré la prise de masse : j’ai pris des fesses et perdue du ventre, synonyme que j’ai effectivement créer du muscle et ça se voit 🤗 .
☀️Avec l’arrivée du beau tu veux sûrement toi aussi reprendre confiance en toi physiquement. Je te recommande vivement @krisvking 🏋🏼‍♀️qui aide des personnes comme toi et moi à atteindre leur objectif 👊🏻 Merci pour tous tes conseils @krisvking 😘

After alarm, the body releases a hormonal cascade, and this phase is called Resistance.  Now we can stay here for a time but after a while this will cause havoc upon our health and if this continues... the body can be forced into the exhaustion/ failure phase.  This is when your adaptive energy is burnt out – commonly seen in chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and even auto-immune conditions. However even the resistance phase will cause problems if chronically activated.
