Classic physique: After discussing with my wife and close friends, I have decided to make the switch to classic physique. I will not be competing in the 212 division at the Dallas Europa. I’ll be taking the next 4-5 weeks to decide which shows are best for me to make my classic debut. Tampa looks promising, as well the home town of San Antonio. Sunday Funday!! 13 days and on we push. Feeling much better after my little dip in energy yesterday evening so here's to a clean evening refeed and another successful week!! Always great when progress is made between shows. @chiromega had a mini rebound these last 2 weeks since the Indy pro...and now sitting 5 weeks out from NY pro with added volume/density with some more raw tissue...happy with what's going on at this stage

1. barbell scott curls. 90 degree side; super set with dumbbell, scott bench curls, 8-10 reps on barbell curls and 6-8 reps on the dumbbell curls. 4 sets, as heavy as possible
2. giant set, consisting of alternating cable curls, easy bar curls, and concentration dumbbell curl. 5 sets, 8-10 reps each; add weight each set.
3. reverse barbell curls. 7 sets, 12-15 reps.
1. overhead easy bar extension, 5 sets of 25, 20, 15, 10, 8 and back to 25.
2. one arm overhead dumbbell extension. 5 sets of 10-15; alternating each arm nonstop until done.
3. close grip bench press. 4 sets of 15, 12, 10 and 8; add weight each set
4. reverse push ups; 7 sets to failure. no more than 30 second rest between sets.

(Swipe left) Recap of this great weekend that I had competing at the Philadelphia classic put on by @todd320howe. I was able to place in all 3 men’s physique divisions I did. I got 1st in collegiate, 2nd in class A, and 3rd in novice. Also @fitnesswithrandel got 2nd place in his division in classic physique. @travistirrell got 1st place in his division in bodybuilding and classic physique. We all gave it our all out on the stage and came home with the hardware to prove it. Shoutout to @shawn_white_ for always supporting me and helping back stage also @fredbiggiesmalls for preparing me for the show. Also @luigiore for coming out and supporting it’s your turn now to step on stage.

I took 2nd in Classic Physique Class C and @travistirrell took 1st. Am I upset? Mad? Hell no! Yes I would’ve been more happy with 1st but it did motivate the hell out of me for my next one. I’d rather take 2nd over a team mate than a stranger so I’m happy it was me and him battling it up there. Congrats again bro and my other brotha @connell_physiques conquering his first show and taking home 1st, 2nd and 3rd in 3 classes he was in for Men’s Physique. I’m extremely proud of the guys I role with in this lifestyle, we push each other, compete with one another and respect each other! I’m happy with the overall package that I brought, I couldn’t of done it without the guidance of my coach, @_cutz_ , thank you sir for everything!
Thank you to everyone that was there for me, that reached out to me to wish me good luck, congratulate me and check up on me throughout this prep! I appreciate it, ya’ll know who are! For now, it’s back to the weights and the kitchen, we got some growing to do! LET’S WORK!.
