Good morning!! I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a while! I’ve been busy catching up on life and family and friends 💕 it’s been wonderful to spend so much time with my love this last week but I have found it more difficult to stay in a healthy routine! Does anyone find that they indulge a little more when they’re catching up with loved ones? I certainly have!! Pizza...wine...late nights ... all of which are great!! But they have started to catch up on me 😅 so this week is ME week, exercise...lots of sleep...detox drinks and healthy food ❤️
A couple of weeks ago I made a huge batch of bliss balls, I keep them in the freezer so they last longer and I just grab them if I need a healthy snack! Here’s the recipe for the lemon and coconut bliss balls...
-2 cups shredded coconut
-1 cup almond meal
-2 Tbsp agave/maple syrup
-2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
-Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Roll into small even balls and place onto a lined baking tray.
Place in the fridge to firm up or straight into the freezer if you’re saving them for later 😊 they last up to a week in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer. I’ve found they only take a couple of minutes to defrost so they’re a great go to snack!!
Have a magical day ✨ #eatcleancat
I just really love plants n food🌱🚶🏻♂️
Made some quick lil protein balls this morning! So perfect for grabbing on the go. I’m sure everyone knows that when you make bliss balls you never measure anything and just whip what ever you can find together?🙃
For these ones I simply blended: oats, peanut butter, dates, coconut shreds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, @blessedprotein_ausnz protein powder and some nuts and seeds! Super simple😍

TIP NO.1: BLISS BALLS 🔵🔴⚪️
I've had quite a few people request I share my bliss ball recipe with you all. These were my secret weapon that helped me get through the last #f45challenge . They're super simple, super cheap and super delicious 😍
1 1/3 cup of walnuts;
1 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut;
40 dates; and
4 Tbsp raw cacao powder. 😀
Blend the walnuts and dates separately in a blender/magic bullet. Chuck the blended ingredients into a bowl and add the coconut and cacao powder. Mix all ingredients together (this works best if you get your hands dirty). Once you're happy with the mixture and consistency, begin rolling the mixture into separate balls! Once done, refrigerate! ITS THAT EASY! This mixture would usually make 25-30 balls 🙌🏼
I hope you all give these a shot and enjoy them as much as I do ❤️

Choc Coconut & 'Superfood' PB Bliss Balls 😋😋😋 I came across this beautifully written text yesterday and I had to share:
"There are times in life when everything just doesn't seem to be going right. One thing after another in its attempt to challenge your resilience and inner strength knocks you down as you find yourself being pushed over the threshold of that which you are mentally capable of dealing with. During those times, it can be so overwhelmingly difficult to find the strength, hope and motivation to fight for life and even sometimes yourself...but my darling friends, remember that while these moments may test your courage and strength to perservere, it is okay to stop and breathe and ask for help...and if things didn't work out for the best today, tomorrow is a brand new day. If you have lost the strength to fight your battles on your own...it doesn't mean that you are weak...it simply means that you have been trying to fight for so long on your own, and now is the time to be open, honest and accepting of help while you regain the strength to continue fighting. Never question the significance or value of your challenges because everyone deserves to have a little help and support when they are struggling. You can and will get through this and as a continuation of the saying 'what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger'... when you overcome and survive losing yourself and who you once were, re-finding yourself and what it actually means to be truly happy opens up the doors to some of life's most beautiful and amazing opportunities that lead to personal growth and a celebration of what life truly has to offer...the fight may seem impossible at the time but I give you my word...the view on the other side is worth it"-S.J.
Have a lovely day ♡♡

ok guys. First, happy Tuesday! Second, not gonna lie these are the best bliss balls/fat balls I’ve ever made! #eats : Cherry-Matcha adaptogenic energy balls for grab and go mornings🍒🍵 I was about to use cranberries until I saw the dried cherries at @wholefoodsdmv bulk section....needless to say I was hype and inspired 💯tastes like a soft KIND bar. 🥜🍴🍫plus I actually wrote down the recipe 😂 it’s based on @leefromamerica ’s general methods •
- 2 cups of raw cashews - small handful of almonds (I just finished the bag I had but probably 1/4 cup) - ~1/2 cup of oat flour (more if blend is too sticky)
- 1/2 cup of dried cherries - 1/4 cup of cacao nibs
- 1/2 tablespoon of pure matcha (I use @paromi) - 2 spoonfuls of @nutiva coconut butter - 4 large mejdool dates - 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 scoops of @furtherfoods collagen
- 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil (start with this and only add if needed) -1/2 tablespoon of ashwaganda powder @terrasoul • Put it all in a food processor, refrigerate for 20-30 min, and roll 🏄🏽♂️ then freeze em! ❄️
• Also if you’re like me and once bought the Trader Joe’s matcha powder only to find out it’s superrrrr sweetened, desserts are a great opportunity to use it for decorative dusting! Never throw something away if you can find a creative way to use it or donate! • #noaddedsugar#fatballs#blissballs
