Also, I saw #thequietplace tonight and kept dropping things, making all kinds of noise in the kitchen, and then freezing to make sure there weren’t any gargoyle creatures coming 😂 I was freaked. Out!

We've been eating this Asian noodle salad bowl all weekend and I'm loving it!
Red lentil pasta (because I ran out of brown rice noodles...), cucumbers, bell pepper, steamed broccoli, red cabbage, baby spinach, cilantro and green onion tossed with a homemade oil-free sesame ginger dressing.
I'm obsessed with ginger and Asian flavors, so I'm loving this all the way 😍😋

So I tried vegan sausage tonight for the first time and I have to say, it was pretty good. The texture was a lot softer than real meat but it was very flavorful! I added it an Italian inspired pasta I threw together (pasta noodles, peppers, onions, mushrooms, stewed tomatoes, spinach, black olives, garlic, and a bunch of other herbs and spices). BODY UPDATE
I’ve been trying to eat healthy and workout way more recently. I can't workout as regularly as I used to (5/6 times a week) cause I don't have the time for that but I'm aiming for 4 times a week. This isn't a post just for me to pose (I have photos for that) but I wanna hold myself accountable so I can stick to this "cut" in time for summer so you'll probably be seeing a few more of these up until August. Also I’ll be doing this 500 rep challenge every 4 weeks to see how my acc fitness is progressing.
Aims:
More ab definition
Slightly smaller hip to waist ratio
Make my glutes more even with equal leg and glute strength (I rely heavily on my right leg in workouts)
Start eating around at least 70% whole and healthy food
Get my 500 rep challenge down to 20 minutes
EDIT:
I only just noticed that my body is out of the frame for half of it, Insta doesn't let me move the frame of the video but I was in frame before uploading. Gonna fix that for next time.
