Name: 2012 “Bingdao” medium trees golden leaves raw tea brick. Specification: 250g/tea brick. Price: RMB200/tea brick(carry out since 10 tea bricks). Inventory: 300 tea bricks. Characteristics: The “Bingdao”old village raw tea is more and more famous in recent years, and the price is much higher by far, more and more like the luxury goods. It’s terrible for people who love tea. But the “Bingdao” golden leaves raw tea is more cost-effective, and the taste of it is also pretty good, especially suitable for tea friends who like using the teapot. Because the golden leaves raw tea is very resistant to brew, especially the aged golden leave raw tea.

Goodmorning! I start the day with Jin Jun Mei from @teasenzshop. It is caramel sweet with an aroma of dried fruit. Really a great black/red tea.
Jin Jun Mei is a famous black tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian province in eastern China. This loose tea consists of best quality leaves from Tongmu with a high concentration of buds. Because only the buds are picked, 50,000 buds are needed for 500 grams of tea... An experienced tea picker can pick about 2,000 buds per day. That’s one reason why bud tea is more expensive than other teas.
This well-known black tea has been picked for the Qingming festival in the spring, when the climate is still cool, so that the leaves do not grow too quickly and develop a full and honeyed taste. Shortly after the Qingming festival within the tea farmers with the production of Lapsang Souchong which consists of slightly larger leaves and with fewer buds.
Things that make me happy today include blue sky’s on my way to work this morning, that today is my Friday and will be jetting of to Italy in the early hours and becoming a @bluebirdteaco tea rep 😃😃 cannot wait to share all of their exciting flavours and recipes with you guys.
