Another one of the storks in Basel. The eggs hatched and they're growing fast. As the owls appear not to have any young this year I'll be able to spend more time here.
I was tempted to remove the worm from on top of the head, but as the stork didn't seem to mind it there, why should I. 😉
This image was taken shortly after sunrise at Petite Camargue in France. I used a low ISO, a high shutter speed and a touch of post processing to be able to get the high contrast.
