It was a VERY tough decision between getting a leg day in, or taking a nap....
But if I knew my clients were choosing naps for the sake of it, they’d get it!😂

So when in a mental crisis....pause just choose to come to a moment of stillness. Think of one thing you are grateful for. Then start saying it out loud. Like I Am thankful for.......
Now repeat this a couple of times. Then ask yourself why you are so grateful for that one thing?
When you interrupt the brain like this it's like you press a reset button.
Always choose to be one step ahead of your emotions.
When my emotions or mind is really upset. I just choose to go sleep or take a time out on whatever I was doing.
This allows me to release all the résistance and frustration, tense in my mind.

What makes you keep pushing through?
Some people say you need courage to keep pushing through challenges, adversity and well, life, in general.
I say you GET courage by pushing through. Most of the time, the people who we call brave or courageous grew to be that way exactly because they pushed through.
Life is full of problems and hurdles to jump over, some worse than others ... but...
What if we started seeing each one as something to conquer.. something to push through and realized that in doing so, we would build more and more courage as we did.
Look, you've got two choices: stay stuck in all of the drama, the issues, the problem or actually push right through.. DO something.
Stop trying to figure it all out or do it perfectly.... .
You will get stronger and braver and more courageous by doing the very things that you "think" you can't. But if you don't do them, you won't grow.
Trust me when I tell you, learning is a lifelong journey... you simply must keep learning if you want to grow personally, physically and spiritually.... .
Be the chick that everyone wants to be.
Your life, your marriage, your family, your health, your business and YOUR influence depends on it. .

So I desired to be more involved in the field of community work in my city to coach and empower women from different backgrounds.
To get in as a volunteer was the only option in my case since it would take too long to get through into "the system." Because of the specific requirements.
So I started as a volunteer coach at the beginning of the year. Little did I know...After 3 months i got a call, if I wanted to take the challenge to pull this project not as a volunteer but as a project leader on payroll. 😉
And the rest is history.
I'm starting next week!
