My Fitness Pal informed me this morning that I’ve lost 6lbs since the Paris Marathon, where - let’s be honest - I took the principles of carb loading beforehand a bit *too* literally 🤭
Unfortunately, my muffin top didn’t get the memo that it needs to do one now, so if you see me eating ice creams in the near future please smack it out of my hand, yeah?
Today in food: my stomach has apparently been replaced with a bottomless pit. My meals and snacks today included, but were not limited to, this tasty avocado toast with poached eggs and pomegranate seeds, the French onion soup I learned how to cook during a cooking class I took today (sadly the main course was not instagrammable), and cassis sorbet from Berthillon (because blackcurrant is under-appreciated in America).
