How is the study of Holistic yoga related to Karma and the cycle of karma? all karma's are contained in the mind, the mind is know as karmasheya the repository of karmas.
Our karmas and our I am ness are co mingled. We are fully aware of ourselves and the actions we perform. We perform our action with the intention of benefiting from them. We identify with our actions and their fruit. Stronger the identification and the harder it is to distance ourselves from our actions and their fruits. Our karmas chase us and we chase our karma. The two are wedded.
As long as this condition persists we have no ability to perceive our core being. The divine conciousness.
To know our true nature we should restore the prestine nature of our mind. We have to cleanse our mind of the karmic impurities let the luminosity of the divine being shine through the mind. Let the mind see the world in the light of the divine being. And let the mind rediscover lifes purpose as defined by divine providence.
