After 2 weeks on antibiotics, this is unload week, handy 210kg trap bar deadlift. Currently body weight - 79kg
My last Mesocycle was a hypertrophy focus, 4 training units per week, using a complex method, 1 power and 1 strength exercise per session 3x5, helps maintain strength and power without interfering with the hypertrophy focus.

✴️ Stance : Stand with your heels together, toes pointed outwards, and maintaining a slight bend in your knees. This stance will help eliminate use of the hips and really focus on the biceps doing the work throughout the entire range of the movement.

✴️ Hand Position : Hold the barbell with an underhand grip, slightly more than shoulder width apart.
-----------------------------------------------------------
✴️Posture : Keep your core tight, shoulders pulled back, neck neutral, chest proud and ensure your elbows do not touch your sides at any time during the movement.

✴️ Movement : Aim to only lift and lower the barbell through movement in your elbows, keeping the knees, hips, shoulders and also wrists as static as possible to ensure as much of the exercise is done by the biceps and no assistance from any other body part.
