Sometimes progress is slow, and you just have to trust yourself and be patient 🤔. I was lost in terms of building a physic that I was staisfied with.. to be honest I struggle to accept my body and I’m sure many others do too. However, I overcame this from setting achievable goals, working towards them and gaining the results I  wanted. Only in this did I find some sort of satisfaction and sense of comfort and confidence. I AM HAPPY with where I am, from here only onwards & upwards 👊🏻stay strong ladies & gents 🌟

@billycaughey was benching tonight. He was pretty frustrated with last week, so he took another run at 235 this week. He did a great job and getting it done. He did mention next week @bcaughey will need to come to put on gear. His forearms were fried after pulling on shirts. He also mentioned he felt off balanced on the second set. He will work on that!

Big shout out to @tridentstrengthsystems for the elbow sleeves. Billy enjoys them. He let a friend use them and they were stretched since his friend's arms are bigger than his. He will be ordering new sleeves tonight... Along with knee sleeves!

Instead of picking out my weaknesses, I’ll highlight them in a positive way. My legs and the loose skin will always probably stand out to me. When someone compliments me, my immediate thought is to respond with pointing out a negative point in my body instead of accepting and absorbing their kindness, like somehow if I respond with negativity it’ll tip the scales and the compliment was more earned. Instead of picking out my weaknesses, I’ll highlight them in a positive way. My legs and the loose skin will always probably stand out to me. When someone compliments me, my immediate thought is to respond with pointing out a negative point in my body instead of accepting and absorbing their kindness, like somehow if I respond with negativity it’ll tip the scales and the compliment was more earned. On the road to WABDL Rocky Mountain Regional Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 16.

Natalie was benching tonight. She is still trying to overcome her onset of Bell's palsy, so benching tonight was interesting. She put on her #inzer HD blast and went to town. She is working on keeping her hios down and not heaving the weight up. She did pretty good with 135 tonight.
