Another milk on the market is this amazing stuff from @a2milk_uk I love that the label explains about the proteins in milk, I know a few people who prefer using A2 Milk over regular milk & they all say it tastes the same!🐄🥛
A2 Milk like the one @arla.uk produce (Lactofree) are less likely to cause your belly a problem, almost everyone knows we shouldn't drink cows milk but at least with these we can tolerate it 😊
a2 Milk still contains lactose but for many people the A1 protein found in regular milk can cause inflammation in the gut which prevents the body from naturally producing lactase to digest the lactose found in milk.

Trying to be healthy since my tummy is trying to kill me lately.
Dr said no chestburster Alien in my abdomen. Dr is trying to tell me it's IBS which I said, "No you are full of shit!, I have no problems in that area." Apparently some people can have horrible bloating and pain without the 💩 problems. So, next is seeing a gastroenterologist and my lady bits Dr to rule out everything else.
Yea! I've been told to reduce my stress, that maybe that will help.
My problem area the belly! It’s held 5 babies over the past 24 years and yet it still holds on lol. It’s my struggle but I also know it will be lost it’s just going to take me a bit longer there are many thru our workout and nutrition programs that have lost the belly all the healthy way. My coach Autumn spoke on this last week and pointed out a few things that can cause more bloat which one can be sleep and I know I’ve struggled this week getting close to 7 hours a night and it’s not ideal. I know this is a self care I struggle with and will work harder next week to get more sleep. 2nd was water intake it’s not been up where I normally am I have been under 4L a day and I need it to get everything functioning properly. I don’t let this discourage me or make me take a step back. I refocus and prioritize everything to have a successful week. Do you struggle with extra weight around the mid section?
