KETTLEBELL SWINGGSS 🍑
My workout plan for today took a slight detour when my little man decided to fall asleep on me early😴 I definitely wasn’t waking him up, so what’s a mama to do?! 🤷🏼♀️ Luckily I have my trusty mini bands at home so I decided to bust those bad boys out for a lower body circuit that burned 🔥 like a mother while my Liam was catching some 💤
But I saved a little energy for the weights once I was able to go! I only did three exercises with weights.. but that’s all I needed! Cable kickbacks, dumbbell deadlifts, and lastly kettlebell swings 😍 These have never been a favourite of mine but I was feeling them good today so I decided to do some extra sets. That’s basically how I get through my workout with the #Bump .. I do what I physically can do and what burns in the right places 👌🏻

Its been 12 days since I started to control what I eat. Drink alot of water; not to mention every morning and night I never failed to drink a detox water I made myself (lemon, cayenne paper, honey, a quarter of warm and tap water). I do exercise (courtesy of YouTube videos Tiffany Rothe and Blogilates) I can feel and seen some improvements but not that much. But I believe as days pass by without even noticing I will be much closer to my weight goals. Hahaha! Watch me motivate myself. I be posting everything I eat throughout this journey.
