Burn Em Brewing “Mashpipe” NEDIPA
I give it 4/5
I’ve got my mashpipe, and it’s pretty damn tasty. The aroma coming off this thing is crazy. The hops are balanced between a light fruitiness and a heavy floral taste. It’s got thesoft mouthfeel and a medium bitter finish. Plus amazing artwork haha. @burnembrewing made a damn fine brew.
The sun is out and I am shining! ✨✨
I’ve never met a passion fruit beer I haven’t liked and I’m not going to start now. They were heavy handed with the fruit but had a light touch with hops for this one, making this ipa a little tart. It’s like an ipa, sour hybrid. I can definitely see why some people may not like it but it is right up my alley!

#3643 Zero Gravity VT Haze (USA)
After brunch at The Great Northern, we had to swing next door to Zero Gravity. This is their 4.2% hazy session IPA, dank nose, creamy body, some tropical fruits, dusty with a dry finish. Solid opener.
Answering @thegirlwithbeer CHALLENGE: 5 NON-Beer (booze) related facts about me. Believe it or not.... I have hobbies that don't revolve around beer!!! 1- I got accepted into art school after high school, however my folks said I was to young to leave for L.A. So, I attended a local Cosmetology school, where I created amazing hairpieces, body painted and designed hair for art shows and runways.
2- I'm an artist, naturally. I adore painting. Sketching, drawing, doodling. I find it meditative and it keeps my brain from going wacky.
3- I do not wear contacts. This is my natural eye color.
4- I did photography for years. Got on the National Geographic website, a few magazines, weddings, family photos.... Photography is another outlet and love of mine. Might explain the thousands of photos I have on my IG!
5- I love being a mom. And I am the luckiest gal to have a daughter so fantastic, good, kind, genuine, real and TRUE to herself. She makes me proud every single day. ✨So, now I challenge:
@morgantenwick @carlismithsd @hopsdrivenbibliophile @_jillstagram @l.is.for.lia @jadenot_jane @pinkbooter @momma_sarah_smile @kellylegan @elaymandala To share FIVE Facts unrelated to BEER about themselves!!! 😘💕

Today’s the day ): Jon’s leaving us for Ohio, but he left us with this Buckeye Porter! It’s a chocolate, hazelnut, and peanut butter porter inspired by the Buckeye nut, and that little ball of peanut butter and chocolate goodness right next to it. Come help us send Jon off right! 🍻 #goduckurself
@omnipollo - Flykt-soda // Second time on this one and it's really something special. Easy drinking, almost like fresh orange and tropical fruits that have been lightly carbonated. A special beer for the first garden beer of many.
#NScraftbeer vacation continues in Halifax! Started this afternoon at a place that’s been on my list for about a year, @2crowsbrewing (Halifax, NS). I’ve always loved their simple can designs with the black, blue and red 3-D glasses crow image. And the first few brews of theirs I’d acquired through trades were all great. So I was really happy to finally get to visit them today. I went for a flight of beers I’d not yet tried. From right to left, the order I drank them in, Fantacity Dry-Hopped Witbier, Panhandle Slim Foedre Grisette, Heartbreaker Hoppy Brett Ale, and Linnea Finnish Imperial Stout. I had no idea how into Brett these guys are! Heartbreaker is not for the delicate palate! It’s big bretty punch in the mouth! (In a good way assuming you’re into that 😉) My favourite of this lineup was Panhandle Slim. A fantastic brewery that has managed to grow incredibly fast in less than a year a half. Glad I finally got to visit. BONUS: I got to meet and have a beer with fellow beerstagrammer @amart1500! I love when that happens! 📸:Nathan
