I was convinced I had to put hours into the gym and count every single calorie in order to really succeed. I could never meet those expectations, so l always fell short of my goals, which became debilitating. I started skipping workouts, stopped monitoring my nutrition, and ultimately stopped progressing. ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~
As much as I didn’t want to admit it, I needed to reset and get a reasonable workout plan and meal plan adapted for my schedule. I not only needed a routine and schedule, but ultimately I needed a SOLUTION.
I decided to take a chance on something no one thought would work, ESPECIALLY myself, and it was the best decision I made 🙌🏽. I’m spending LESS time working out and NO time counting calories, but seeing better results.
