Week 4 complete!!! Onto phase 2 next week 🙌🏻
I’ve completed this program already one time through & it still challenges me because every single workout is different & pushes my body in a new way! So even though I’ve done the program before I am only just doing each workout for the 2nd time! .
No repeats means no plateau 💁🏼♀️
Tonight we are heading a a #beercanchicken potluck & we will be employing our nutrition mindset program so we can enjoy all the yumminess & still stay on track! #foodfreedom for the win 👌🏻
