Sautéed broccoli 🥦 (ADD more to your spring diet, it’s so dang good for you! And eat the stalk too!) + red peppers + heirloom tomato 🍅 + zucchini + pasture raised @vitalfarms eggs + on toasted @alvaradostreetbakery sprouted wheat bread (I have been feeling great after eating sprouted bread so far!) + topped with EVOO + broccoli sprouts

Açaí bowl when the weather is 105 degrees🔥 Seriously the most refreshing thing ever. Coachella was sooo much fun this weekend! Diet and training were put on the back burner, but memories made with good food & drinks can’t be replaced❤️ Can’t wait to get back into workout routine this week!
3 ingredient banana coconut cookies. Perfect for that afternoon pick me up ! To prep for the week is pretty easy for me pretty much a dressing , snack and protein option for lunch . Dinners are in a flash daily under 20 minutes that’s why it’s been so easy for me for years ! My mama always told me a Sunday well spent brings a week of content, so that’s exactly what I did! Woke up this morning feeling a little tight so I went down to the gym to do some stretching, then I ran some errands, went grocery shopping, caught up on some work, and still managed to binge a few episodes of Housewives in between there. Oh and I also got up to the roof to do some grilling 🤸🏻♀️ Talk about the ultimate Sunday! For dinner I tried @primalkitchenfoods honey mustard for the first time to marinate the chicken and it was SO good. Added my usual sides of steamed green beans and roasted red potatoes. Yum 😋 Have a good night y’all!

Der Teig besteht nur aus 3 Zutaten. Magerquark, Dinkelmehl und Backpulver. Als Belag gab es bei mir Tomatensoße mit italienischen Kräutern von @hartkorn_gewuerze, diverses Gemüse und Käse. Ich liebe Käse. Der wohl einzige Grund weshalb ich noch nicht veganer bin. 😅
Ich hab die Pizza paar Minuten bei 300 Grad gebacken. Ihr könnt sie aber auch bei 200 Grad backen. Dann dauert es eben etwas länger. ☺️
Schmecken tut sie vermutlich jedem. Also meine family liebt sie. 😍

I have a treat for you! As promised... my coco-bananaberry bake is here!
This is the perfect breakfast or snack if you're over parfaits, puddings or toasts and just need to shake things up! 💃 You can enjoy it warm or cold and it's sooo easy to pack up and prep. If you're feelin' fancy, pop it into the oven for 10 mins, scoop a dollop of @enjoyyoso unsweetened coconut yogurt on top and then drizzle some molasses on top of that! Ummmmm yes, plz! I needed a change in my breakfast routine and also wanted to make a recipe that was quick, easy and packed with a healthy dose of goodness to keep me energized in the morning! This dairy free, gluten free and low sugar gem has finally been perfected and all the dets are below! 👇🏻
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil (and some for your baking dish)
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 1/2 cup of gluten free rolled oats
- 1 can of coconut milk - 1/3 cup of sliced almond (+ extra for topping!)
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (+ extra for topping!)
- 1 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp of flax
- 1 tbsp of chia
- 1 1/2 bananas (1 mashed and 1/2 for topping)
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of cardamom
- 1/4 tsp of sea salt
*optional: add in half a scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder. I love and use @genuinehealth fermented vanilla vegan protein powder
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Lightly grease your baking pan (I used a 9x6) with coconut oil and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
3. In another medium bowl combine all of the wet ingredients.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix everything together until fully combined. Then add in the frozen blueberries and carefully fold into the mix. .
5. Pour the mix into your prepped greased pan and then top with more coconut, blueberries, banana coins and almond slices.
6. Bake for 40 mins or until the bake is set and slightly golden on top! Let the bake sit for 30 minutes to cool... then enjoy! 💕
Almond flour blueberry coconut pancakes this morning after 30min. Jump rope cardio session 🌌🦄❤ Was so hungry. I probably shouldn't have eaten all of it BUT we live and learn! I'm learning to listen to my body's cues of when it's satisfied. I always had this guilt of not finishing your plate, but this changed my thinking: whether it's in the garbage or in you stomach in the end it's waste. Honor your body, it's not a garbage can. I don't see how force feeding your SELF will solve world hunger. It's a guilt trip your parents told you to finish your plate.

Overnight oats are a staple in my household. And because nothing is ever easy when trying to cook for 6 people, everyone requests different toppings. 😒
I have been loving my mocha protein oats recipe lately because, well duh, chocolate! But I always make some cinnamon banana oats as well. My husband prefers berries in his. 🤷♀️
Overnight oats takes about 5 minutes to assemble and they are so yummy to eat the next day cold!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hosting brunch for my foodie friends in collaboration with @kitehillfoods. I knew that I wanted this to be a representation of me so it turned into a meal focused on the chakras. That meant one dish (or 2 because I’m indecisive) for each chakra and a whole lot of colorful food! Let me just say that this is one of the nicest granolas I have ever eaten. And it was so quick to make. Oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, coconut flakes, cranberries and raisins. Mixed with maple syrup, honey and vanilla extract. To. Die. For. I am absolutely loving the recipes in Kayla’s books 💕💕💕
