Talk about fun! Battle ropes are so dope because they can be so diverse! Full body workouts definitely something to help you ignite those calories and who doesn't want to slam around a few things every now and again. Try this combination out battle ropes with burpees and push-ups I promise you'll love the results
CARDIO! This is exactly how I like my cardio, fast, intense, short. No treadmill for this girl (or her clients). I threw this circuit into the end of my workout today. 10 thrusters, 10 heavy ball slams, battle ropes until failure X 3 rounds. Ouff 😩💦 Recently I have been working with an Athletic Therapist from Montreal to fix small issues I have been dealing with over the past couple years. It’s definitely a different style of training then I am used to but I am loving how my body is responding. I feel really good, have zero tension basically anywhere (which is a first for a very long time) and feel a new sense of energy.
