Sup y’all ✌🏻Happy Friday! Got achy shoulders? Need a shoulder warm up? Been sitting at a desk all day? Try these out. Super simple exercises. Just you and a band. Did this in a tiny space (with my post-workout hot mess self) with the band anchored to the railing.
The shoulder aka glenohumeral joint is a ball and socket joint with a BIG range of motion. This wide range of motion could be one of your issues. TOO MUCH mobility can lead to instability and impingement. I’m not a huge advocate of static stretching for the shoulders (unless you really need it). Instead I prefer exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles in order to stabilize and help you gain CONTROL of your shoulders and then a few times a week performing mobility exercises.

Personally I recommend performing 2 sets of anywhere from 10-20 reps. If you’re just getting accustomed to these movements, do closer to the 10 rep range. If you are feeling a little bit stronger and more comfortable with these movements, do all 20. You can do these every day!

Here's a glimpse of some workouts I do at home when i'm not at the gym these are a burner 🔥🍑 especially using bands ( ft. @peachbands ). I used Heavy for my thights and light for the bottom for this workout I normally don't count how many times I do it I like to do them till I feel the burn 🔥😍 I'm not very good with filming wise it's kinda hard...I'm not a professional whatever I like to do what works best for me.
