This book has been kicking my butt for two days straight! Absolutely love it! Not only it is a 12 week fitness guide, it has a 4 week pre training program! It gives you step by step instructions on how to do the stretches and exercises correctly!
I ALWAYS workout with a shirt on because even though I’m usually the only one around I still get uncomfortable in my own skin. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
So you’re thinking how can I coach others to feel comfortable in their own skin if I’m not comfortable in my own? Well it’s simple really, we all have things to learn from each other! We all push each other to be the best versions of ourselves and to feel comfortable with who we are. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
So today, I’m working out without my shirt. Why? Because while that may seem so silly to some it’s a huge step for me. The part of my body that always gets me feeling uncomfortable the most when I’m shirtless is my ribs. They stick out so much further then my stomach and just look “fat” so I always cover them up. But not today. Today I love my body and where I’ve come from.
So today I challenge you to love that thing about your body that makes you the most uncomfortable💪🏻💪🏻
